Cancellation

Cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival: No charge. Cancellation less than 24 hrs prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show: 1 nights stay.

Child policy

Two children under the age of 12 years old can share the same room with adults without any additional cost. Only one extra bed can be placed in the same room with adults at an additional charge of Dhs120 nett per night. This extra bed is a roll away bed and only suitable for a child below the age of 12 years old. Please note that two extra beds cannot be placed in one room. A cot will be provided free of charge for a child. Please note that children under the age of 12 years old are not allowed in the Royal Club Lounge and Royal Club Business Centre.
